Amy & Jarred such a sweet couple!

I had a great time with such a sweet couple photographing their special day. I was so excited when I arrived at Amy’s house that she had a furry entourage to help her prepare for her wedding day. Amy is so gorgeous but I have never seen such flawless skin in my life, she was definitely glowing but seriously Amy you have the prettiest skin! I loved the girls denim shirts that they wore as they were getting ready they were comfy and having the buttons is also so easy to transition into the bridesmaid gown when arriving at the church. We arrived at St. Peter’s in St. Charles where Amy’s family dressed her. It was definitely moments of surreal. She found the surprise they had planned for her. In her skirt her mom, and sweet sister sewed a heart patch from her dad’s flannel shirt. It was such a precious gift to have on her wedding day. Another one of my favorite moments is when she received her letter from Jarred, and it made her laugh hysterically. Before heading in to declare her love to Jarred, I got one of my favorite shots of her that day walking out and in to the other door to get married. I actually submitted the image to a photo competition through the International Wedding Photographer Academy and won Top 10 image award. Which was extremely exciting! They had a beautiful service which I captured, we did family formal’s after the service and then the fun began. Everyone got on the party bus, and we went around St. Charles to take photos of the Bridal party. My favorite is capturing authentic moments of love between my couples so I really enjoy just working with my bride and grooms, and letting everyone go back to the bus to relax. Jarred & Amy you guys were truly amazing to work with, I couldn’t ask for a better couple! Thank you, so much for letting me tell your love story.
